TAV’s two airports among Europe’s best in service quality
Zagreb and Skopje airports received the prestigious Airport Service Quality (ASQ) award by ACI World. Skopje is also recognized as one of the top airports with the best hygiene measures in Europe.
A member of Groupe ADP, TAV Airports succeeded to place two airports in its portfolio as the best in Europe in service quality. ACI World announced this year’s ASQ awards and Zagreb and Skopje airports top the list among airports with “2-5 million passengers” in Europe. Additionally, based on new hygiene related questions added to the survey questionnaire, ACI has introduced a new award - ‘Best Hygiene Measures by Region’ and Skopje Airport is among the 33 airports awarded worldwide.
