TAV Airports recives service quality awards for four airports
Ankara Esenboğa, İzmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum, and Skopje airports have been recognized among the best airports in the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) awards organized by the Airports Council International (ACI World). The awards, determined based on passenger evaluations, will be presented at a ceremony during the ACI Customer Experience Global Summit, which will take place in Guangzhou, China, from September 8-11, 2025.

Ankara Esenboğa, İzmir Adnan Menderes, and Milas-Bodrum airports were awarded the titles of “Best Airport in Europe” in their respective passenger capacity categories and “Most Enjoyable Airport in Europe”. İzmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum, and Skopje airports stood out in the “Easiest Airport Journey in Europe” category for their performance in passenger processing. Additionally, İzmir Adnan Menderes and Milas-Bodrum airports won the “Cleanest Airport in Europe” award. Milas-Bodrum Airport was also recognized among the best in the “Most Dedicated Staff in Europe” category.

Established by Airports Council International (ACI World), the ASQ program provides tools to measure and improve passenger satisfaction, business performance, and airport service quality. Launched in 2006, ASQ is recognized as the world's leading airport passenger satisfaction program, with more than 400 participating airports across 110 countries. The ASQ winners were selected based on direct evaluations from 700,000 passengers worldwide.
