TAV Airports Receives “Great Place to Work” Certification Once Again
TAV Airports has once again been awarded the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification, following the evaluation by the global human resources research and assessment institute, which focuses on corporate culture.
TAV Airports, a member of Groupe ADP, has recognized by the Great Place to Work Türkiye Institute after successfully meeting the criteria of a “great workplace” through a comprehensive assessment based on employee experiences. The certification process included detailed and anonymous surveys measuring key factors such as trust, team spirit, and employee engagement.
