TAV’s four airports win service quality award
Ankara, İzmir, Milas-Bodrum, and Skopje airports were recognized among the best in their categories at the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards. The awards were presented during the ACI Customer Experience Global Summit held in Guangzhou, China. Aude Ferrand, TAV Airports Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and CEO of TAV Operation Services, spoke at the conference and received the awards on behalf of TAV Airports.
TAV Airports’ Ankara Esenboğa, İzmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum, and Skopje airports were recognized under the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program. Ankara Esenboğa, İzmir Adnan Menderes, and Milas-Bodrum airports won the awards for “Best Airport in Europe” and “Most Enjoyable Airport in Europe” in their passenger categories. İzmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum, and Skopje airports were honored in the category of “Easiest Airport Journey in Europe” for their performance in passenger processes. In addition, İzmir Adnan Menderes and Milas-Bodrum airports received the award for “Cleanest Airport in Europe,” while Milas-Bodrum Airport was also recognized among “Europe’s Airports with the Most Dedicated Staff.”

The awards were presented during the Airport Experience Summit 2025, organized by ACI World. Bringing together more than 800 senior airport executives, customer experience experts, and industry professionals from around the world, the summit also featured TAV Airports CCO and TAV Operation Services CEO Aude Ferrand as a speaker. Ferrand shared her views on strategies for multi-airport operators to create both consistent and distinctive passenger experiences across their portfolios.

Today, with the participation of more than 400 airports across 110 countries, it is recognized as the world’s leading passenger satisfaction program. The ASQ award winners are determined annually through direct evaluations of 700,000 passengers worldwide.
