TAV Airports Receives “Great Place To Work” Certification
TAV Airports has once again earned certification following an evaluation conducted by Great Place To Work, an organization dedicated to workplace culture and employee experience.
TAV Airports, a member of Groupe ADP, has renewed its Great Place to Work certification following an evaluation process conducted by the Great Place to Work Türkiye Institute, based on employee experience. As part of the certification process, key factors such as trust, team spirit, and employee engagement were measured through comprehensive and anonymous employee surveys. In addition to TAV Airports, group companies including BTA, Havaş, TAV Operation Services, and TAV Technologies were also recognized with the Great Place to Work certification.
