Karim Ben Salem

Mr. Ben Salem graduated from ESCP Business School in 2011 and subsequently started his career as an M&A advisor in the consumer goods sector in France, first with Leonardo & Co and then with Société Générale, a top-tier European bank. In 2016, he joined Groupe ADP, a world leader in airport operations and hospitality, initially as Business Planning Manager and from 2019 as Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of ADP International, responsible for Groupe ADP’s international subsidiaries, starting in 2021. Mr. Ben Salem was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer at TAV Airports Holding in September 2025.
