Four airports operated by TAV Airports have earned ASQ Customer Experience Award
Ankara Esenboğa, İzmir Adnan Menderes, Tbilisi and Skopje airports ranked among the best at the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards organized by the Airports Council International (ACI World). Determined by passenger evaluations, the awards will be presented during the ACI Customer Experience Global Summit to be held in Istanbul on September 2.
Operated by TAV Airports, a member of Groupe ADP, Ankara Esenboğa, İzmir Adnan Menderes, Tbilisi and Skopje airports received the “Best Airport” awards in their respective categories under the ASQ program. Ankara Esenboğa and İzmir Adnan Menderes also entered the “ACI World Director General’s Roll of Excellence,” which recognizes airports that have won multiple ASQ awards over a five-year period within the past decade and admits only eight airports worldwide each year.

Within the ASQ , Ankara Esenboğa Airport received the Best Airport at Departures (5 to 15 Million Passengers) – Europe and Most Enjoyable Airport – Europe awards. İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport was also recognized in the same passenger category, receiving awards for Best Airport at Departures, as well as Easiest Airport Journey, Most Enjoyable Airport, and Cleanest Airport in Europe. Tbilisi Airport was honored in the 2 to 5 million passengers category with awards for Best Airport at Departures, Most Dedicated Staff, Easiest Airport Journey, Most Enjoyable Airport, and Cleanest Airport in Europe. Skopje Airport ranked among Europe’s best in the Easiest Airport Journey category.
Presented annually by Airports Council International (ACI), the ASQ – Airport Service Quality Awards measure airports’ customer experience performance worldwide based on passenger surveys. Launched in 2006, the ASQ program today includes more than 400 airports across over 110 countries.
