Nurgün Eyüboğlu

Board Member (Independent)
With 33 years of experience in the banking sector, Nurgun Eyuboglu graduated from Bogazici University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics, in 1991.
After beginning her career at Iktisat Bank, she held senior positions at Kocbank and, for many years, at Yapı Kredi Bank, with a particular focus on Corporate Banking. Her areas of expertise include Project Finance, Cash Management, Investment Finance, and Foreign Trade Finance. During and after her tenure, she gained experience by participating in projects of financial companies in the Eastern European Region, Azerbaijan, and the Netherlands.
From 2013 to 2021, Ms. Eyuboglu served as the Executive Vice President of Loans at Yapı Kredi Bank, where she was also a member of the bank’s Executive Committee.
During her tenure, in addition to her roles as a Board Member and a member of all committees at the subsidiaries Yapı Kredi Leasing and Yapı Kredi Faktoring, she also served as a member of the Credit Committee, Risk Committee, Sustainability Committee, and Audit Committee at other international subsidiaries, Yapı Kredi Azerbaijan and Yapı Kredi Netherlands. Since 2022, she has been serving as an Independent Board Member in various domestic and international companies, both financial and non-financial.
Married with one child, Ms. Eyuboglu speaks English, French, and Portuguese.
